I love that quote. We so often start worrying about how something will be and get all tangled up in and we actually not we thought what he has to pass - neither taken a decision, even if we have identified what. The idea is that you not only need to determine what, but then move to the part of the decision
To take a look to this idea of acting, let's talk about the consequences of not identifying and decide what doors that need to be closed and I have 3 great quotes for you, all which transmit the same general sense:

Many times, our lives are not in the way that type of imagined that they would do it or how we would like them. Certainly, there are several reasons why this might be true. We must look a possibility, which is that we did some of the decisions we needed. We have allowed our indecision's decision to not make any changes. In essence, we have default - in our lives. I'm kind of difficult today, not? It is only because I love you, though!
Let's go ahead and look at the decisions and get some momentum towards the future.
Now I will start with the simple example in the first place. Let's say that you found that you really want that what you eat for lunch to be different in the future. Now, you decide that indeed you shut the door in their lunch foods old
yogurt in your desktop
butter peanut butter and jelly sandwich 5 days a week,
a great Burger and fries delivered to your desktop every day, or
Microwave ramen noodles). Friends...I was a teacher and I know how the Ramen noodles are a staple for many people... Also shop at Costco and see the stories being transmitted outside shop.
Anyway... so has taken a decision that closed the old door in food lunch. Since you want to continue to eat food, now you need the how. Ask yourself, "how to eat lunch if I do not eat yogurt/PB & J/Burger/noodles - regardless of the previous item food was?" you can answer that you cannot you? Many options now flooding your mind of what you could do instead and how.
We are a little harder for example, knowing that our brains were configured to find and develop solutions. Here is how to leverage that force related to the topic of this article:
Identify what you need to disappear or change otherwise.
Decide to make the missing what or otherwise changed.
Then leave that your brain produce the how.
E.g. "I'm deciding to close the door to a client that drives me crazy..."
"Wherefore, I shall call it tomorrow and give it the name of several of my competitors where he could be similar services access."

"I am deciding to close the door on mean-spirited and sarcastic remarks from my head to me and my colleagues."
