Low in carbohydrates make - Pan Asia O Japanese style Noodle Bar

I recently visited London. While there I found very difficult to find good restaurants serving those of us who want to stay on a low carbohydrate diet. Of course if you had enough time to eat and had an unlimited budget then, you can have whatever you want. However had limited time to find food and eat and I was on a budget. London is expensive to eat out, unless you go to fast food like McDonald's outlets.

During my time in London I found an absolute gem of a restaurant called Wagamama. It was very impressed with the food there, in general terms is described as Asian food bread but I understand inspires noodles found in Japan. While bars food I realized that these dishes can easily be converted to meals suitable for low carbohydrate diet.

In the restaurant I ate noodle ramen with pollo.Esto occurred in a large bowl containing loads of a flavorful broth with noodles and was floating Asian vegetables and chicken into strips and put above the mixture of broth and vegetables. Given a pair of chopsticks to eat together with a kind of ladle wooden scoop until the broth, and everything is quite delicious and very filling.

Then I bought a copy of the cookbook Wagamama and since then I have experimented with the broth as recipes. There are, of course, loads of different types of recipes in the book, but the easiest to convert to low carb recipes are the wines. These start with a base of chicken broth, have three recipes for a material but recommended recipe uses of chicken and pork bones, some vegetables and ginger.

For a person who needs approximately 1 litre of hot broth, may, if in a hurry use a broth cube.In the book of recipes hot broth over ramen noodles, but to make the dish low carbohydrate diet, I will recommend finely crushed Columbia which should be cooked first lugar.Poner hot cooked COL in the bottom of a large bowl, put a good handful of baby spinach on the top (or pak choi), and then, bucket on the broth, then put on top of all this a freshly sliced grilled chicken breast. Then to top things outside of adding some canned bamboo shoots and chives. You can substitute with beef sliced chicken breast, pork or pato.También could be a vegetarian version, using a stock of vegetables and tofu sign.

One of the fun things about this dish is that you can eat with chopsticks chop.Si as I is not accustomed to eating with chop sticks and then find may take 20 minutes to eat lunch, you also need a spoon to slurp up stock.después eat during 20 minutes his body seems to be satisfied and no longer hungry.

I hope to try this recipe, I have deliberately kept vague, ingredients because I believe that the spirit of the dish is to use what ever you have available, but unsafe use many of the ingredients that end with a clean, simple and successful meal.
